Karnak Temples
You will be picked up early in the morning. Then you will drive in a modern, comfortable and air-conditioned car via Safaga through the newly developed desert road approx. 225 km to the Nile Valley in Qena. On the way you stop briefly at a rest stop, a chance to go to the toilet or stretch your legs. Then you drive on the densely populated country road to Luxor (approx. 60 km), here you drive past many small and large places and learn about typical Egyptian everyday life. Now you have arrived in Luxor and start enjoying your Luxor excursion. When you arrive after a short refreshment break, you will visit the largest Karnak temples complex in the world with the huge pillared hall.
Local Lunch
The guide takes you to The West Bank, where you will have a typical local lunch.
Kings Valley & Hatshepsut Temple
After the lunch break, explore the world-famous Valley of the Kings with an interior visit to the royal tombs. New!!!! Taking photos with your cell phone in the tombs without a flash is now permitted without a fee. Then you drive to the terrace temple of Queen Hatshepsut, an interesting location for photographers to take great pictures. Your tour ends at the impressive Colossi of Memnon. Then you set off on the return journey, time to reflect on the impressions of today or perhaps to watch the hustle and bustle of life on the Nile. You arrived at your hotel around 8 p.m. The day tour to Luxor & Valley of the Kings will remain in your memory for a long time.
